Small business owners are trying to thwart Harrah's customer service

This article criticizes the move of small business owners in Atlantic City, New Jersey to block Harrah's Entertainment from launching its shuttle service to link patrons to its four casinos. This attitude of small business owners in Atlantic City is contrary to the attitude of small business owners in Las Vegas, Nevada.
