The author reflects on locally produced foods. He relates the initiative British Food Fortnight that was formed by Alexia Robinson has been promoting domestic produce foods as source of added income. But he argues that most farmers do not support such initiative including the Farmers Club in London, England when its head chef Don Irwin, in spite of instructions to serve home-produced food in a year, had asked members to donate produce and made a series of delicious menus from those ingredients.
