A Job Like No Other

November 2006
Principal;Nov/Dec2006, Vol. 86 Issue 2, p64
The author reflects on the expectations and expanded responsibilities of the modern day principal, a job he contends has changed drastically in the last two decades. The author suggests that a principal's work day is never over, that relationships must continue to be forged outside of the classrooms and in the community. The author also looks at how principals can balance personal and professional lives successfully by integrating both.
