ABSTRACT
The author reflects on the mixed messages on bedding warranties at Ikea Home Furnishings company in Atlanta, Georgia. He commented that he did not like the look of the message stating that warranty is limited for 25 years. However, he said he felt a little better when he read a fine print about the quality of their mattresses. Moreover, the author said that the shorter replacement cycle of 8-10 years that the company advised and the 25 year warranty prove to confuse the consumers.
