ABSTRACT
This article reflects on the joining of Paul King as senior editor of "FoodService Director" (FSD) magazine. King has worked for other foodservice industry publications for many years, and has intricate knowledge of the workings of and major players in all non-commercial segments. Changes are afoot, changes that editors feel will only help FSD improve its mission of helping non-commercial foodservice operators build their businesses.
