ABSTRACT
The article discusses the performance of convenience stores. According to the mid-ear forecast study by the journal "Convenience Store News," average per store sales, gross margins and pre tax profits of convenience stores are expected to increase in 2006 and 2007. Top performers are concentrating on new product and service development to fulfill the need of customers.
