ABSTRACT
The author observes that despite a lot of talk about streamlining the number of shows in the home textiles industry in the U.S., more shows are coming online. This is primarily due to suppliers looking to expand beyond their core, large-volume accounts. Suppliers have been exploring various possibilities, from the hospitality sector to pet beds, in the effort to restore margin for their businesses.
