ABSTRACT
The article reflects on the problems met in accumulating workload for the faculty. It questions the proper placement of faculty workload, determining the limitations of how many loads can a group of educators handle. It mentions that the one of the main problems is to make use of available faculty members in its best level. It comments that faculty responsibilities can never be decreased only to perpetual performance of assigned tasks. It emphasizes that it is difficult to reconcile a computation of faculty workload with the essence of unchallenged query which should give life into the college and university.
