Portable Tek scope introduces advanced search capabilities

The article reports that Tektronix Inc. has been able to address the problem of viewing, navigating and analyzing waveform data with its new DPO4000 Series of mid-range 350 MHz to 1GHz portable oscilloscopes. The DPO4000 scopes integrate protocol decoding, serial triggering and analysis capabilities. It is specifically targeting engineers working on embedded applications that use medium-speed serial buses such as 12C, SPI, and CAN, each of which is selectable from the front panel. The DPO4000 is small and lightweight. Its high-resolution screen is a pleasure to use.
