ABSTRACT
The article discusses the concepts and principles of clinical leadership. Level 5 is the highest level in a hierarchy of executive capabilities. Level 5 leaders possess the paradoxical combination of deep personal humility with intense professional will. Factors being important for Level 5 leaders are attending to people first, strategy, dealing with the facts of reality and keeping absolute faith. Leaders need the determination, to think how its economics work best and define what ignites people's passions.
