ABSTRACT
The article discusses the battle of the Americans United for the Separation of Church and State against the teaching of intelligent design in Frazier Mountain High School in California. The course was viewed as a kind of infomercial for creationism and is thought to violate the church-state separation. The author believed that religious matters can be taught in school but not to be included in a biology class. The group acted by seeking a temporary restraining order to stop the class.
