ABSTRACT
The article presents the author's experiences at the Society of Incentive & Travel Executives' International Conference in Toronto. The author suggests that ways to reply the e-mail senders. To whom one must reply and to whom not to reply. Before replying so many people altogether, one must think whether or not all the persons are important. The samething apllies on the marketing personnel. They must consider other options before inundating people with electronic promotions. The mails should be clear written, they should not be erroneous, and should be well spell-checked.
