ABSTRACT

The article argues the approval of the plan proposing to construct a wall along the borders of Arizona and Mexico by the U.S. House of Representatives. The construction of a wall is aimed to raise the nation's security against the influence of the south. According to the author, the construction of the border walls does not justify the "national security" purpose.
