The article presents the author's view about several issues concerned with the periodical "Paraplegia News." He informed that the periodical will commemorate the 60th anniversaries of the organization, Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA). The first issue of the periodical was published on July 27, 1946. Latter on, the publication was unanimously adopted by PVA as its official organ during a formative meeting that held on February 7, 1947. He informed that the year 1961 was a bad year for both the periodical and PVA, as many shocking incidents took place in that year.
