ABSTRACT
The article reports the security and loss prevention continue to be among the retail industry's chief concerns. Kwik Trip Inc. has decided to increase its focus on loss prevention in the previous year when it hired a loss prevention manager, and it is now in the process of implementing a program to pull transactional data from the stores to identify the problem areas. Identity has become the cornerstone of security and identity theft is at the top of the in the consumer which makes biometrics a viable solution.
