Decision of the Detroit Junior Chamber of Commerce to put on a personality-sales campaign and got Dale Carnegie, the friend-maker, to come out and lecture; Report that part of the campaign was to be a visit to automobile manufacturer Henry Ford, for the purpose of presenting him with the two-millionth copy of the book "How to Win Friends and Influence People"; Views of Edward Caffery, an Irishman on the War, Ireland and the United States; Invitation by Dorothy P. Hill, director of the Summer Institute for Social Progress to persons of all vocations who are interested in the foreign policy of the United States and in efforts to solve the chief domestic problems to participate in the workshop from July 5-19, 1941 at Wellesley College, Wellesley, Massachusetts.
