The article presents information on various conferences. An Interdisciplinary Group in Southern California is planning a conference, Programs and Practices for Physical Activities for Exceptional Individuals, on March 8-10, 1974 in Los Angeles, California. Education and Training Consultants Co. Inc. will conduct a 6 day course in designing education and training systems at various places in the United States between February to November, 1974. Preparation for conversion to teaching the metric system is the focus of the University of Southern Mississippi's International Conference on Metric Education, January 21-23, 1974 at the Sheraton-Biloxi Motor Inn in Biloxi, Mississippi. The Conference of the Association for Children With Learning Disabilities will be held between February 28 to March 2, 1974. A conference for teachers of the educationally handicapped reading specialists, and others who want to understand reading problems better will be sponsored by the Colorado Department of Education and the Children's Hospital in Denver, Colorado, during February 1-2, 1974. The 2nd Annual Action Conference on the Handicapped in the Community will be held on January 19, 1974 at St. Coletta School for Exceptional Children in Jefferson, Wisconsin.
