ABSTRACT
This article presents information on various events related to disabled veterans to be held in the U.S. "Advocacy Is a Service," National Council on Independent Living's Annual Conference will be held at Grand Hyatt Hotel in Washington D.C. on July 11-14, 2005. Ms. Wheelchair America Pageant Conference and Trade Show will be held at Albany Marriott Hotel in Albany, New York on July 20. Wheelchair Sports U.S.A. National Track and Field Championship will be held in Charleston, West Virginia on July 28-30. The conference "Adaptive Fitness, Sports and Recreation for the Physically Disabled" will be held in RIC Academy in Chicago on August 15.
