ABSTRACT
The article forecasts that Estonia's economy will slow further in 2008. It cites that macroeconomic imbalances and balance sheet weaknesses will leave it vulnerable to shocks. It adds that there are downside risks associated with declining confidence and rising input costs. It expects slowdown to be stronger than expected should the export sector fail to partially offset the moderation in domestic demand.
