According to the author, the Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has signed an investment pact with North Korea on October 9. Meanwhile, after typhoon Lekima hit northern Vietnam in early October up to 67 people are said to have been killed due to floods and landslides. On the other hand, the State Bank of Vietnam is considering on limiting dollar lending to exporters and importers.
