ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the relations of Lithuania with other countries. The country became a member of the United Nations (UN) on September 18, 1991 and is also part of other international organizations such as the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, the North Atlantic Coordinating Council and the Council of Europe. It maintains foreign diplomatic missions in 60 countries on six continents.
