The article presents an economic outlook for Chile. Data on economic activity, as measured by the IMACEC indicator, came in at 6.6 percent year-on-year in April 2007. Re-accelerating activity has affected several sectors including an increase in worker's wages, expansion in retail sales growing by 7.1 percent and exports growing by 19 percent in May.
