ABSTRACT
The article presents a summary of risks faced by Estonia. With regards to politics, the central bank reported that the political row between Tallinn and Moscow, Russia, has not had much of an impact on the economy. According to preliminary national accounts data, the economy grew by 9.8 percent. Growth was driven by domestic demand, as well as by household consumption spending. Meanwhile, a shortage of workers is pushing up costs and increasing concerns regarding economic growth prospects.
