The article presents a summary of risks faced by Poland. With regards to politics, the Poles have found themselves in the midst of the European Union (EU) summit. The author said that this event was called to try and find a way out of the Constitution debacle. Meanwhile, the senate has voted against a law that would implement construction restrictions on hypermarkets. The ruling states that such restrictions were not necessary to stop unfair competition with small shops.
