ABSTRACT
The article reports on the political and economic development in Vietnam. Deputy Foreign Minister Le Cong Phung welcomed the delegates from China's Giangxi Zhuang region in May 9 to present their developmental economic project. State Bank of Vietnam faced difficulties due to mismanagement of its foreign exchange policy. The government presented 17 strategic infrastructure projects supported by the official development assistant (ODA) and foreign direct investment (FDI).
