ABSTRACT
The article presents an economic outlook for Poland. According to the article, Poland's Warzawski Indeks Gieldowy20 fell almost 20% during the May 2006 emerging market sell-off, and in the 2007 correction, the value of the index further fell by 11%. It also emphasizes the potential recovery of the Polish stocks as the country's economic growth rate is poised at around 4.5%. According to the article, although some investors moved into government bonds, there will be no large-scale equity flight.
