The article presents an economic outlook for Estonia. Economic growth for the second quarter of 2006 is at 12% year-on-year, bringing economic expansion at 11.9% in the first half of 2006 compared to 9.2% in 2005. Retail sales volume increased by 20% while motor vehicle sales rose by 23%. Trade deficit accounted to about 8% of the gross domestic product in the second quarter of 2006 compared to 6.5% in 2005.
