ABSTRACT
The article presents forecasts on the labor market and macroeconomic condition of Latvia for 2007. The country is expected to experience a shortage of skilled labor. Annual wage growth is expected to increase, while labor productivity growth rate is likely to decline. Outlook on foreign exchange rate, foreign debt, trade balance and foreign reserve is also presented.
