Vietnam's Deputy Trade Minister Luong Van Tu expects the 149-member World Trade Organization to admit Vietnam on November 7, 2006 and the entry of Vietnam will reduce tariffs facing Vietnam's exports, which should herald an influx of investment by foreign firms.
