ABSTRACT
The article presents a risk summary for Estonia, as of December 2006. Prime Minister Andrus Ansip has warned voters that his party's tax-cutting agenda would be discarded by his coalition partners. The economy continued to expand at a rapid pace in the second quarter of 2006, according to revised official estimates. The country's relative success in attracting foreign direct investment supports its market orientation rank of 5th in the world.
