ABSTRACT
The article presents economic outlook for Cambodia. According to the author the discovery of offshore oil has manifold political and economic implications and has piqued global interest Meanwhile, government revenues is expected to increase however, corruption will still be issue. Moreover, the revenue increase was expected to aid the living poverty of Cambodians through investments in health, education and infrastructure and employment.
