ABSTRACT
The article reports on the resolution of the prosecutor's in Thailand's attorney general's office (AGO) to dissolve Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra's ruling Thai Rak Thai party, Democrat party and three other small parties for having allegedly violated the Constitution and Political Paryt Act. AGO have found that those parties were guilty and ask the Thailand's Constitutional Court to disband the parties.
