ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the economic risk factors faced by the people in Vietnam. The Communist Party of Vietnam is focused on economic reform and fight against corruption. As Vietnam will join the World Trade Organization, the country sees a positive prospect in economic growth as its textile industry has opportunities for export growth to major markets. Extra funds for education and health to improve the quality of the workforce are gathered by the government.
