ABSTRACT
The article presents information on political and social developments related to Cambodia. Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen has taken to court a number of his critics of a border deal that was recently signed between Cambodia and Vietnam minister and decided to take six people to court, including the director of a private radio station, after suggestions that Hun Sen was surrendering Cambodian land to Vietnam. Cambodia remains one of the most corrupt countries in Asia, according to the Berlin-based anti-corruption watchdog Transparency International.
