ABSTRACT
Corrections to several articles present in the Summer 2011, Volume 35, No. 4 issue of the periodical "Surface Design Journal" are presented including a misidentified caption for an artwork by Rob Larson titled "Western Blend" on page 47, an incorrect venue location for an exhibition featuring art by Sheila Hicks on page 54, and a misspelled artists' name on page 50.
