ABSTRACT
This paper examines the impact of vertical and horizontal individualism-collectivism on the ethical decision-making process in business. The paper adopts Trevino's (1986) model of ethical decision-making in business and develops the relationships between vertical and horizontal individualism-collectivism and specific elements of the ethical decision-making process.
