ABSTRACT
The article presents a case study of a 49 years old ethnic Indian man presented with two months history of numbness, progressive weakness and pain at both lower limbs. He underwent magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the thoracolumbar spine which revealed heterogeneous swelling of the cauda equina, conus medullaris with nodular leptomeningeal and enhancement of subarachnoid. He was diagnosed with tuberculous meningitis (TBM) and was treated with dexamethasone and anti-tuberculous drugs.
