ABSTRACT
A bleeding renal artery pseudoaneurysm is a recognised complication occurring after partial nephrectomy. The bleeding is usually suspected when a patient presents with haematuria following the procedure and the reported management is with radiologically guided embolisation. We report a case of renal artery pseudoaneurysm successfully managed conservatively, giving another potential management option in non-torrential haemorrhage.

The article comments on the insufficient evidence to support the choice of angioplasty or surgical revascularization over medical treatment in patients with atherosclerotic renal artery stenosis. The author noted that the patients were likely to have had advanced disease, and without major...

Purpose: To compare the complications and the cost analysis of open radical nephrectomy (ORN) versus laparoscopic radical nephrectomy (LRN) in patients with renal tumors larger than 7 centimeters (cm). Renal function can be significantly preserved after nephron-sparing surgery by decreasing the intraoperative ischemic duration or by performing off-clamp surgery. We report the case of a 56-year-old woman diagnosed with a minimal-fat angiomyolipoma arising from the renal capsule, which was...
