ABSTRACT
The article presents a case study that investigates the segmentation of labor market in Spain. It offers information on the flexibility of the temporary contract employment and the legal changes made on it to enable employees to utilize temporary contract for employment promotion (TCEP). Moreover, the characteristics and changes of the labour market from middle part of 199s to 2012 are also stated.
