ABSTRACT
The article presents a case study on Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI), a national nonprofit health system which chose to work with EnergyTrust for both procurement and utility bill pay services. EnergyTrust started with an audit of all CHI invoices. EnergyTrust negotiated contracts across-the-board type fees charged by other utility suppliers. The results of the services provided by EnergyTrust to CHI are discussed.
