ABSTRACT
The article describes the case of how a misprint for a used car sale advertisement led to customer complaint. The customer bought a car based on an advertisement released via Vauxhall's Network Q scheme. The advertisement clearly identified that the car has a DAB radio. Upon receipt of the used car, the buyer realized that the DAB radio feature was not present. Vauxhall stated that it was willing to install a DAB radio if the customer is willing to pay.
