ABSTRACT
The article presents a case study of a 32-year-old right-hand dominant man with hypertension, diabetes, obesity and has deep shoulder infection due to an open rotator cuff repair. He was initially treated in August 2009 with an open rotator cuff repair with an operational support. He experienced unending pain and a draining wound was developed.
