Case Study
The paper studies the role and importance of logistics for products and services, in order to obtain competitive advantage. In the case study, I showed in the first part the achievement of machines optimal placement in a workshop production, in case of four parts manufacture of a hydraulic group: rod, basic carcass, lower assembly, worm carcass. This location was carried out using the links method. In the second part, I realized the economic evaluation of possible investment projects for the achievement of the four parts. The selection of projects was realized using profitability index, a meaningful index in economic and financial performance evaluation of a project or an enterprise. The managers of enterprises both for the case study presented, as well as for others similar can easily put the results into practice.
