ABSTRACT
The article describes the recommendations of the International Labour Organization (ILO) Committee on Freedom Association on the case of the illegal arrest of trade union members in Djibouti. It requested the government to send its views on the alleged illegal police intervention in trade union meetings. It also criticized the move of its police force to confiscate the key to the letter box of the union.
