ABSTRACT
The article describes the case of a 37-year-old man who experience a growing swelling on the right part of the tongue base. The swelling mass was screened with a provisional papilloma diagnosis while the tongue was being monitored for neurofibroma, which was determined as isolated. Isolated neurofibroma can be fought by cutting off the swelling part that causes the condition, resulting to low risks of recurrence of the disease.
