Case Study
The article presents a case study a 20-year old woman who sustained an open diaphyseal fracture of the left tibia after she was hit by an automobile. It states that the woman loss soft-tissue envelope in medial, anterior, and posterior parts of the legs. It mentions that the patient had undergone a surgery in which her external fixator and pins are removed and placed the limb in a plaster cast for two weeks. It adds that after the operation, she was not allowed to bear weight on her limb.
