ABSTRACT
The article presents a case study of a 52-year-old woman who was referred for evaluation due to persistent dry cough and episodic hemoptysis for 20 years. She went through chest multidetector computed tomography (CT) which showed the presence of multiple calcified nodules protruding from the anterolateral wall of the trachea and sparing of the posterior tracheal membrane. The findings also depicted that the patient was compatible with a diagnosis of tracheobronchopathia osteochondroplastica.
