ABSTRACT
The article presents a case study of a 26-year-old man who is a habitual user of inhaled cocaine for 6 years. He was seen at the emergency department with dyspnoea on minimal exertion and headaches. The patient has denied taking cocaine due to worsening general health. The article discusses multiple complications with cocaine use, the most common is cardiovascular and neurological disorders. It states that there is an increase in acute and chronic kidney injuries with cocaine use.
