ABSTRACT
The article presents a case study of a 48-year-old woman who complains wrist soreness, tingling of the finger and enlarge mass on the volar side of the wrist in September 2007. It mentions that the woman underwent open reduction and internal fixation after she suffered closed distal radial fracture when she fell in December 2005. She underwent operative exploration in which surgeons found cloudy fluid and discovered that the tissue was swollen and suffering erythma.
