Case Study
The rehabilitation of devitalized tooth with a little dental structure is a challenge to a dentist. With the advancement in restorative dentistry, new materials and restorative techniques allow to solve different clinical cases in posterior teeth with conservative and functional procedures. The aim of this work is to report a case treated with the endo- crown (endodontic adhesive crown) in a fragile and devitalized tooth using a lithium disilicate ceramic. It could be concluded that this restorative technique was efficient in clinical and aesthetic aspects.
